Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

**1. No Refunds**
Once a digital product (ebook) has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

**2. Exceptions**
Refunds may only be considered if:

* You did not receive the product due to a technical issue
* The file is corrupted or inaccessible

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

**3. Duplicate Purchases**
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us and we will review your request.
